Take 20 minutes out of your day to do a series of gentle exercises.
Relax and renew your spine, hips, pelvis, shoulders and mind.
You can play this as a warm up, for rehab, recovery from exercise or even as an easy way to begin your day.
As with all my videos, at first you have to watch quite carefully.
However, after a few plays, you’ll be able close your eyes and focus your attention on your own experience.
