This week’s video is another one dedicated to relaxing your hip joints. Great if you need to release restless legs.
We use a simple exercise tool that has many applications – gliders or gliding discs can be used for standing sprints, lunges, dynamic press ups and subtle exercise such as in the video below.
If you don’t have a pair of gliding discs right now, a pair of socks on a shiny floor works pretty well!
Take 15 minutes out of your day, to release your hips and relax your legs.
