Strengthening the inner thigh (adductor muscles) will not only help that area to look better, but along with other muscles you will enjoy more support for your hips, pelvis and knees.

However, no matter how strong these muscles are, if the posture above is not optimal, then your adductors will be below par and will soon begin to lose tone.
