A subtle yet significant part of the Restore Your Body Programme involves taking time for relaxation.

This is quite the opposite of dynamic cardio training, but no less important. In fact, I believe that the less stressed you are, the more your fitness goals will manifest.

Similar to choosing nourishing foods, taking time for mindful relaxation is another way of taking care of yourself.

Taking just 15 – 20 minutes for a guided relaxation is a great way to immediately de-stress.
