When you’re flexible, strong and free from injury, the physical challenges that life can bring are a breeze.

You don’t even need to think before you move and you’re always ready to react to physical demands at any moment.

This relaxed and natural attitude to movement is an ideal way to be and a long term goal of the Restore Your Body Programme.

However, not everybody fits into this category and we often have stiffness or injury that prevent ideal natural moment. When I filmed this video I had a couple of fractured ribs and had to find more efficient ways to move.

If you do have a chronic stiffness or even an acute injury, you need to find ways to live your life, yet also look after your body.
