If you are dreading you next workout…don’t do it.  Find a movement system that you and your body enjoy. Exercise should be varied, pleasantly challenging and fun!

The good news is that exercise doesn’t have to be tough to be effective.  Not only that, you can gain great results in under 30 minutes and you don’t always need equipment.

This week I am sharing part 1 of a 2 part series for cardio-vascular training.  There are 4, no equipment exercises that raise and condition your heart.  Your muscular, joint and respiratory systems will also feel the benefit.

This workout is so accessible. You don’t need any equipment, hardly any space and everybody can try it.  If you are new to cardio keep it low impact and slow.
