It’s a full routine of cardio-vascular fitness. Often called HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), this is by far the most efficient way to improve your fitness.
Not only does this kind of training reap great rewards, but it’s amazingly time saving. The video below is less than 35 minutes and that includes a comprehensive warm up and a cool down. Yet that is all you need for a myriad of health and fitness benefits.

As part of the Restore Your body Programme you need to raise your heart rate once a week. More than once is ok, but not necessary if you’re including the rest of the programme in your weekly schedule. Here’s a brief guide of a complete week of health and fitness:
Once a week – STRENGTH routine – 30 min
Once a week – CARDIO routine – 30 min
Twice a week – RESTORATIVE exercises – 20 – 30 mins
Twice a week – RELAXATION – 20 – 30 mins
