Relaxation is one of the six categories of the ‘Restore Your Body Programme‘.
Taking time to relax is as important taking time to exercise.
In fact these opposite qualities actually compliment each other.
Exercise brings great rewards and numerous health benefits. However, these are only activated in times of sleep, rest and meditation.
Here is a short list of other benefits that you can expect from relaxation:

- Immune system boost
- Feelings of well being…a mood lifter
- Less physical tension

This guided relaxation is very simple and something I aim to do at least twice a week.
We are using body awareness, breath and the present moment to enter a peaceful state.
