Getting fit takes time and making healthy nutritional choices takes time. Think long term and you will always get results you want.
Changing old habits can be tough, especially if you’ve had them since a child. But habits that don’t serve your health must be dropped.
The number 1 problem with the modern diet is from eating too much carbohydrate (especially sugar). An over consumption of sugar does not just deplete your energy, but is linked to many major diseases. Cut down bit by bit and move towards a healthy, fit and energised body.
