One of the problems with weight training is that it can create tension during the workout and leave you feeling stiff and achey after.

I’m all for strength training, but traditional weight lifting, especially from linear gym machines really can leave you knotted up.  However, the use of dumb-bells with Aston movement concepts is a great way tone and free your body.   You finish the workout feeling strong yet supple.
