It’s a tough part of the Restore Your Body week but it’s over fast. And the result…energy…lots of it.
You just feel great after and even for a few days.

If you are new to sprint type training (HIIT), then start slowly. If you over-train, you’ll feel lethargic and have sore muscles. Build up the intensity over months and enjoy the journey.
