How often do you lie down during the day and relax?  Something that is very good for you!  You find time for work, family, shopping, eating, pets, exercise, etc. But what about time for resting…time for you.

With just 20 minutes of mindful breathing you can quickly experience inner calmness.   This is not a big commitment yet can lead to lasting rewards.  The key factor here is that relaxation reduces stress (a number one cause of ill health).

Practices such as mindfulness, yoga, dojiva Pilates and breath work lead to the following:

  • A more calm mind
  • Heart and blood pressure health
  • Feelings of well being…a mood lifter
  • Less physical tension
  • Increased energy
  • Increased productivity
  • Improved sleep
  • Calmer response to future stress
