Cross-crawling is one of the most natural movements you do. It started as babies as our first mode of getting around. This lead to climbing, walking, swimming and even running…all natural movements that involve a rhythmic coordination of opposite arms and legs.

It doesn’t matter if you crawled as a baby, you can start now with this video!

Many Benefits

As well as strength training for your whole body, cross-crawling also develops your core muscles, enhances your balance and coordination, and it stimulates your brain and nervous system. The more you do it, the better you get. Similarly as with all exercise, if you don’t keep it up these benefits will be lost.

Exercise is part of life, let’s make it enjoyable. Please watch and join in with this video.

Take care, enjoy your body!

Thanks

Danny
