A person’s fitness can be measured in many ways. Some people are flexible, some are strong, others have great endurance.

The exercise side of the restore your body programme is about developing a balance of all 3 of these key qualities.

However, not all fitness can be seen.  Inside your body is an amazing support structure…a network of flexible scaffolding comprising of your skeleton and connective tissues.

How often do you train your bones?  Well, every time you take a step, you are doing a little bone tone…in a low impact form.  And strength training also helps keep bones strong and healthy. To take this to the next level, how about a little high impact?

When we are young, we tend to jump a lot.  Kids, run and bounce and skip….they are joyful. Not fair right?  Well, you can jump too, and enjoy a buoyant, youthful body!  If it’s been awhile since you have jumped, just start slowly.

This mini exercise routine works on its own as there is a mini warm up and warm down included. However it’s best to spend about 30 minutes doing strength type exercises, so why not add this 9 minute routine to other videos from the strength category – just click back here after you have played this weeks video?

It is time for some bone carejust click on the video below.

Take care thanks Danny
