For one reason or another some days you just lack physical strength. A typical cause for this is long periods of sitting combined with a lack of body awareness.  You then go to move and boom…your strength is gone and there’s just no energy in your legs?

With previous energy videos I have encouraged you to move about and take a quick stretch every 15 to 20 minutes. This week’s routine takes that a step further to turn up your sense of STRENGTH (for dozens of other strength videos click here). We’re combining a simple yoga move with a dumb-bell raise for shoulder toning.

It’s a mini routine that instantly enhances your body awareness with a feeling of your own inner strength.  You can do it as often as you like.
