How often do we walk on our hands? Well, for most of us the answer is ‘not very often’. To stand and to walk we weight bear our legs.  But how often do you put pressure on your arms?  Part of maintaining a healthy body is to spend time conditioning your arms.

Taking time to do weight bearing arm conditioning has many benefits. e.g. bone and muscle strength, upper arm appearance, metabolic health, and a boost of functional support to help you lift and carry objects in daily life.

In the video below I share a one exercise routine to tone the triceps (muscles in the back of the upper arms). It takes under 2 minutes to do 1 set. You can add some of my other strength training videos and make it a full 20/30 minute routine.

Try it today!

Take care thanks Danny
