It’s the Christmas holiday season and nearly a new year…Happy Christmas and Happy New Year!

So, right about now, most of you will be putting your exercise routine on the back burner and replacing it with extra sitting, extra eating and extra drinking.  Then in January pick it back up again but feeling pretty lousy.

There is another choice…

…below I have spliced together a few of my recent videos to make an entire class.  It’s a 45 minute routine of toning, yoga and relaxation. With the goal setting blog at the end.   It’s a great mix of exercise and relaxation that isn’t too intense…and you can do it in your own home.  All you need is a mat (or rug), optional light dumb-bells and some time for you!

It’s good for the body to rest at times, so now and then I do recommend taming your normal exercise routine for a week or two.   The routine below will help you maintain your tone so your body will be prepared for a January boost.
