Here is a revised recipe from 2 years ago.

The original ‘snow ball’ has a new twist.

It’s still grain free, gluten free, ultra low sugar yet is packed with health boosting ingredients like nuts, seeds, coconut oil and cinnamon.

Amazingly it still tastes fantastic.

There is some preparation, but it’s definitely worth it.  If you double the recipe you get about 60 bite sized toffee-balls.

The ingredients are all available online and most are in your local independent health food store.

These are foods you want to have to hand all the time and they will feature heavily in future recipes.
